Stable Building, Horsley, Newcastle

Horsley is a small village 10 miles west of Newcastle upon Tyne and 10 miles east of Hexham. The A69 road used to pass through the village but now bypasses the village just to the north.

This stable building measures 30.5m long x 12.2m wide x 3.66m average height to eaves. The frame has been hot dipped galvanized. The roof has been clad in profile 6 fibre cement roofing sheets, with sky lights. The side elevations have been clad in box profile plastisol coated steel sheets.  The lower walls have been formed using concrete panels.

Using a concrete, we have formed an internal floor slab and aprons to the exterior of the building.
