Set within the picturesque Holystone Estate, near Morpeth, Northumberland. Wreighill Pike forms part of a large farm steading which overlooks the stunning Northumberland country side. The farm boasts some of the finest Aberdeen Angus cattle in the country. on top of this, they farm a heard some 600 + sheep.
Northern Structures are proud to have erected a sheep shed to house the 600 + sheep. The existing building was in disrepair, Northern Structures have been able to salvage a percentage of the existing steel work and build a new steel portal framed building measuring 45.7m long x 21.90m wide with a 4.43m lean-to to the east side and a 8.0m lean-to to the west.
The building has been clad using timber spaced boarding to all elevations. The roof has been clad using concrete roof cladding sheets in natural grey. Internally, we have installed sheep pens and a concrete floor.
The photos show the construction of the building and the finished job.
