Indoor Riding Arena

The building is of steel portal frame construction 61.00m long x 31.62m wide x 6.10m height to eaves in 10 No. 6.1m bays with a 15º roof pitch.

Viewing Area/Café/Offices

The building is of steel portal frame construction 61.0m long x 4.04m wide x 3.065m height to eaves in 10 No. 6.1m bays with a 15º roof pitch. One side connects into the side of the indoor riding arena.

Horsebox Store

The building is a steel frame mono-pitch lean-to of 12.20m long x 5.00m wide x 4.88m height to eaves in 2 No. 6.1m bays with a 12º roof pitch. The lean-to connects into one gable of the indoor riding arena.

Stable

The building is a steel portal frame of 25.5m long x 12.20m wide x 4.27m height to eaves in 5 No. 6.1m bays with a 15º roof pitch. Both sides of the building incorporate a 1.525m cantilever and the central bay of the front side incorporates a 5.1m long x 2.0m wide entrance canopy. The building includes a full span full height division wall forming a two bay loose housing area and a 5 No. bay stable area.

Foaling & Loose Housing

The building is a steel portal frame of 24.4m long x 12.20m wide x 4.27m height to eaves in 4 No. 6.1m bays with a 15º roof pitch. The building includes a full span full height division wall at the central portal frame to form equal areas for loose housing and foaling boxes.
