Northern Structures Limited are pleased to have built a steel portal framed building, measuring 18.3m long x 9.15 m wide x 3.66m average height to eaves in 3 No. 6.1m bays for a client in the Consett area.
The building is to be used as Stables for horses and has been constructed to BS5502 Class 1 standard in order to comply with RIDBA regulations regarding buildings at altitudes above 200m.
The frame has been clad using natural gray profile fibre cement roof sheets and box profile plastisol coated steel sheets, in Olive Green, to all elevations. Concrete panels have been installed to the rear giving added strength.
We have installed a 3.60m wide and 3.60m high door way with roller shutter door to allow access for horse boxes and vehicles. As well as a pedestrian door opposite to allow access.
