Nisa Local, Guidepost, Northumberland

Located to the east of Morpeth, Guidepost is a small village in Northumberland.

We are delighted to have been chosen to fabricate and erect the structural steelwork, and supply and erect the cladding for this new convenience store.

In total we used circa 8 tonnes of structural steelwork whilst fabricating the frame for this building. The frame is designed to BS5950 and is compliant to CE legislation. All steel work has been primed using a zinc phosphate primer to give protection from the elements.

The roof has been clad using Kingspan composite panels with a 115mm insulated core. This gives a U value of 0.18W/m2/K. Associated ridge flashings, hip flashings, fillers and fixings have also been installed. As well as gutters, rainwater pipes, soffits and fascias.
