Esh Construction, Durham

Northern Structures were approached by Esh Construction to provide the steelwork for their new development of three buildings.

Esh House HQ Extension

Using 55 tonnes of hot rolled structural steelwork, we fabricated and erected a two storey extension to the existing Esh Head Quarters.  The extension measures some 55.00m long x 12.00m wide x 6.50m average height to eaves. Cold rolled purlins, sag rods and sleeves have been added to the structure in readiness for cladding.

The Academy

Using 23 tonnes of hot rolled structural steelwork, we fabricated and erected the Academy building for Esh Construction. The building measures some 23.00m long x 9.50m wide x 8.00m average height to eaves. We have added purlins, sag bars and sleeves in readiness for cladding.

Building C

Constructed using circa 27 tonnes of hot rolled structural steelwork, we fabricated and erected the building to Esh’s specification. The building measures some 23.00m long x 11.00m wide x 8.00m average height to eaves. Like the others, purlins, sag bars and sleeves have been added in readiness for cladding.
